Where do I find my MAC address?

The MAC address is printed on a label on the bottom of your RACHEL device. You only need the last 6 characters (letters and numbers).

  1. Turn your RACHEL device upside down
  2. Find the label with the MAC address (looks like AA:BB:CC:DD:EE:FF)
  3. Enter only the last 6 characters (e.g., DDEEFF)

If you can't find the label, check the original packaging or your order confirmation email.
